This year's show was professionally judged by the award winning artist
Deborah Bayly.
She is currently an instructor at The Arts Center of The Capital Region. Ms Bayly holds an MA from SUNY Albany has received numerous awards for her landscapes. She prefers using oils, painting on linen, canvas, or birch panels.
