In keeping with the Colonie Art League founders' ideas to further the advancement of visual arts, to encourage the appreciation of art in the community, and provide educational programs for artists, Members of the Colonie Art League can paint all day on Wednesdays at St. Matthews Church in Latham, NY.
There is no instruction, but a wonderful opportunity to paint away from household duties, i.e., the washer, dryer, phone, etc.
The church is open between 9 AM and 4 PM; however, there are no "special" hours.
Bring a lunch and share your enthusiasm.
You may paint in any medium; and,
we usually have a still life set up.
There is a $3. donation to help with the cost of heat and lights.

One-Day Workshops are
Members, volunteering to teach, will hang their work in the gallery the previous month [before their class will begin].
When signing up, prospective students will be able to view the work.
As previously announced, the exclusive registration period for Colonie Art League members is primary. Registration opens to outsiders and potential new members.
Prices: Colonie Art League members - $10; Non-Colonie Art League members - $15.
