GOLDEN Acrylic Lecture Demo

Patti Mollica has been a professional illustrator and fine artist since 1982. She has been commissioned by, and is included in the private collections of American Express, Sheraton Hotels, CBS and RCA Records, and many others. Her artwork is known for its bold use of color and uninhibited brushwork. She delights in painting the world around her in a decisive style, with hues that are intense and contemporary. The lecture demo is a fast-paced, informative lecture covering a technical review of acrylics and their application possibilities.  Patti will present information on pigments types, characteristics, heavy body, fluids, OPEN
paints, gels, mediums, pastes, irridescents, and much more.

A 50/50 raffle is held at each meeting to sponsor our Scholarship Program.

We would like to inform you of an event taking place for the benefit of our area. It is the Lasting Impressions Online Charity Art Sale, and was organized to provide financial aid for the flood victims of Schoharie. 29 emerging and nationally-recognized artists from California to Maine, have joined together to offer more than 110 works of art through the online gallery. Proceeds from the show will be given to Schoharie Recovery Inc. to help assist property owners with their reconstruction expenses.
