A two-day workshop is planned with Robert Carsten on April 6 and 7. He will conduct the Demo on April 6 at the monthly memberhsip meeting as well.
Two years ago his workshop was well attended and everyone loved it. Robert is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and the Connecticut Pastel Society. He is a contributing writer for the Pastel Journal. He has won many prestigious awards including Best in Show at the National Pastel Exhibition, Juror's Choice at the National Southern Vermont Arts Center and first prize at Academic Artists National Show. Robert was featured on the covers of The Pastel Journal and Pure Color. He studied at the Art Students League of NY, the RI School of Design and the Academia di Belle Arti in Italy.
